Our client is an industry leader in high quality fabrication and supply of building supplies such as trusses wall panels lumber windows doors and millwork. START TOMORROW ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of a Builder is to carefully assemble trusses under the direction of the lead truss builder. Ideal candidates should display a positive and proactive attitude strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Qualified applicants will have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues and to both work independently and as a team member. Complies with all PPE safe lifting and work-area safety standards Maintains equipment Make sure joints are tight and plates are properly positioned ensuring the finished product quality Rack trusses as required inspecting and correcting defects in the finished product Displays a thorough understanding of shop drawings structures and geometry Monitors and tracks inventory and flow of materials and supplies relating to assembly process Stocks all materials and informs forklift operator of needed materials to stock lines.
