I am in search of a loan co-signer. This person will be paid 5 000 out of the loan. I have paid for access to hireacosigner . However the applicant pool is small or unresponsive.The ideal applicant will have A 700 credit score. Willingness to meet in person. An income that will qualify for a small business loan or a personal loan of 25 000. This loan will be used to open a cosmetic storefront for non-invasive weight loss including body sculpting. The money will be used to purchase equipment furniture and rent a storefront. This loan will also be used to pay an executive assistant. This person will provide in house advertising and financial reports to the backer of this loan.If possible I would prefer a private loan. By private I mean directly from a person who is willing to charge 10 percent interest or less with a loan term of 60 installments with the option to pay off early without penalty. If the loan comes from personal funds we will pledge 5-10% of net income of the company per month until the loan is paid off with option to purchase stock.A contract will be signed to hold myself liable and accountable to the person backing this loan
