New never opened Moto smartphone by TracFone with an unlimited talk and text car never used. Please make sure that TracFone covers your calling area. This is why I am selling it. I purchased the phone and card as a Christmas gift for a family member who lives in Upshur Co. After I purchased it I found out that TracFone does not cover Upshur Co and I can t get a refund for it.
