Capacity to follow instructions. Ability to follow company policies and procedures. Aptitude to identify problems and communicate them to leadership team. Ability to learn new tasks.ResponsibilitiesTrouble shoots most uncommon issues with turret machine. Properly sets up area for maximum efficiency. Consistently produces at an acceptable level of productivity with little supervision. (90%) Maintains inventory of tooling. Schedules major maintenance work with the Maintenance Department.
