Building Bid Files electronic printed and update Bid Log. Contracts administration support including sales order entries. Building Job files electronic and printed copies. Creating spreadsheets formulating effective charts reports and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite related to production control. Create Shippers and Shipping notifications. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook Excel and Word. Strong Written & Verbal communications is a must for interactions with customers suppliers peers and management. Purchasing and maintaining office equipment supplies and subscriptions Knowledge of the following is a plus however not required QuickBooks Shoptech e2 Exostar contract administration and process planning in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. Coordinating client meetings maintaining calendars orientations teleconferences catering and travel. Issuing travel and making travel arrangements and expense reports. Must be able to organize high volume of electronic and physical file folders. Must work the necessary hours to complete assigned tasks 7AM -5PM M-F. Some Saturdays.
