SUMMARY Management Business Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Director for its client in the Dayton OH area. This individual will be responsible for managing and administering all Human Resources Policies Procedures and Compensation & Benefits programs for this multi-national company s multiple North America operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and ensure compliance with all legal and reporting requirements across the company s operations in several states and national borders. Coordinate HR activities with overseas management and business units. Manage Payroll and Benefits Programs reporting for active (hourly temp and salaried) and retired employees. Direct and support employee recruitment hiring onboarding and training performance appraisal working conditions (harassment) and safety (EHS) managing all records and compliance requirements. Serve as active employee liaison for hourly salaried and retired employees and participate in labor negotiations and grievance procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Human Resources Management Business Management or related field. 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment and SPHR certification preferred. Previous experience in an HR Management role preferably for a multi-site multi-state and or multi-national company required. Experience with HR Information Systems with coordinating and managing Employee Benefits plans and with Collective Bargaining Agreements preferred.
