Temp to hireJob Responsibilities Under general supervision an employee running the asphalt plant will be working at a computer console to mix the asphalt then ultimately load it into trucks they also have to deal with customer inquiries. When the plant is not running the employee will perform any required maintenance. Employee responsibilities include keeping their work area clean and hazard free. Approximately 50 % of overall working hours would be spent in each position.
