Partner with industrial manufacturer by delivering support services that made a measurable improvement in our customers quality uptime and total cost. This is temp to perm role for the right candidate. Uptraining and cross training opportunities.ResponsibilitiesComplete tasks in accordance to standardized quality checklists Continually seek out opportunities to improve onsite activities Master skills associated with versatility matrix Review current best practices resulting in efficiencies relating to time material usage and safety. Live Safety is Your Life Program. Use proper personal protective equipment i.e. hearing protection steel toed boots safety glasses etc. as required for the task at hand All other duties assigned Physical Requirements Walk stand on concrete or steel surfaces for up to 12 hrs. Push Pull up to 150lbs. Lift carry up to 50 lbs QualificationsStrong Work Ethic - Must be reliable Positive Can Do attitude 1 yr. of industrial experience or janitorial experience preferred Customer Service Orientation Adaptability - Willingness to deal with unexpected challenges or circumstances Problem Solving - Define problems and bring about viable solutions Servicing the customer - Readily initiate actions to meet or exceed the needs of the customer Able to communicate clearly with team members and management.
