The PeopleReady located at Largo FL 33773 is currently hiring a Manufacturing Finishing Operator. Job Description A family-owned CNC shop with a focus on aerospace & medical machining. We re looking for a Manufacturing Finishing Operator. In this role you will be provided hands on training to perform various assembly and production operations while adhering to the company performance and quality standards. This role will also be cross trained within our shipping department. No two days will be the sameThe pay rate for this job is 12- 16 hour.Responsibilities Build assemblies using work instructions work orders and per drawings. Assemble sub-assemblies complete or final assemblies for a range of product sizes within the product line Rotate through different tasks on the assembly line Hand assembly and visual inspection of parts Align fit and adjust parts to meet operating requirements of procedure Achieve daily production goals while adhering to quality compliance Maintain and complete necessary quality documentation Immediately bring to the attention of the Supervisor Manager or the Quality Assurance Department any possible deviations to specified Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions he she may notice Ensure no components parts manufactured materials or products will be released unless they meet all inspections test criteria and quality standards Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions relating to the functions performed Other duties as assigned based on production needs Physical Requirements Stand and or sit for long periods of time while performing hand intensive repetitive assembly of product(s) Required to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
