Must be reliable responsible and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Training provided. This is a temp to hire position.Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 12 HourJob Responsibilities Set up dies and equipment (including tear down and clean up) for extruding cutting and or winding products. Adjust calibrate and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper pressure speed temperature and general operation. Fabricate silicone products and or materials that meet customer quality requirements. Ensure that accurate records of inspection time and material usage are kept. Ensure that all process instructions are followed when fabricating customer parts. Maintain work area cleanliness. Maintain part traceability and identification requirements. Maintain raw material storage area in a neat and organized fashion. Work with team members shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise. Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions and take care of them as they come up. Choose and install cutters molds and all other necessary equipment parts so machines are always operating at peak efficiency.
