SEEKING ARTISTICCREATIVE VEGETARIAN FUN MALE ROOMMATE

I am over 60 but not retired. I have a B.A. in English and I m a screenwriter. I am very creative--I enjoy creating beautiful living spaces with paint and fabric. I play the piano (I m mediocre) and I read music. I would like to find a roommate who is into film art museums and art galleries and for pure mirth comedy clubs. Please have a sense of humor--the snarkier the better. I have been residing at the same location for 20 years and I wish to move and make a fresh start in Boulder City if possible. I am not looking for romance as yet--just an excellent roommate. The location and price are negotiable. My current lease expires in July.
