Youngstown Area Manufacturing Company is seeking an Industrial Engineer. The key responsibilities of the Industrial Engineer are to perform time studies evaluate efficiency levels of machines and performance standards established by management. Uses AutoCAD to layout equipment processes material movement throughout facility. Responsible for environmental programs procedures training regulation compliance and the ISO 14001 program. Provides support and input to safety committee participate in audits investigations and incidents related to safety etc.REQUIREMENTSAssociates Degree or Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Business Management Must have 3-10 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in AutoCAD Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) experienced. Must be proficient in time and motion study work flow and basic ergonomics Must have good knowledge of OSHA regulations Must have good organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Must have good multi-tasking skills. ISO IATF and QS a plus 40-hour training course in OSHA programs a plus General training courses on State and Federal regulations related to water ground and waste a plus. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
