PeopleReady is looking to immediately fill openings for workers who take pride in their work ethic and aren t above the tasks required of them. In addition to cleaning duties as a Janitor you will do light maintenance help repairs and many other diverse tasks that make the position different every single day. Responsibilities Include Mopping Floors and Sweeping Floors. Cleaning Counter tops Cleaning Shelves. Emptying Garbage. Breaking down and disposing of cardboard boxes. Sanitizing Work Areas. Other Duties as assigned by Site Supervisor. Qualifications Attention to detail Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly Able to work frequently with cleaning chemicals OTHER REQUIREMENTS Arrive on time. Check with security. New employees will need to provide a valid ID. Security will issue a temporary badge to enter facility. You will then have your picture taken to receive an ID badge that must be carried at all times You will be required to carry a radio. You will be provided a safety vest gloves and safety glasses. When parking and in the parking lot please follow and adhere to STOP signs and SPEED LIMIT regulations. DRESS CODE Long pants. Blue jeans are acceptable (no holes or tears). Regular t-shirt (plain no letters or words). We recommend wearing comfortable closed toe shoes as there is a lot of walking done while performing your duties. No phones allowed in the facility. Phone can be stored in the locker area. No earbuds allowed. No smoking allowed inside facility. Need to remain in the assigned area. No Apple Fitbit watches allowed. No jewelry allowed. Long hair must be worn in a bun. Fingernails must be shorter than 2 inches.
