The PeopleReady located at Largo Florida 33773 is currently hiring a Quality Control Inspector Job Description IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY PeopleReady is hiring Quality Control Inspector.Inspect and monitor manufacturing processes inspect packaging components sample raw materials and finished products for testing. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 13 Hour - 16 Hour Job Responsibilities Sampling of raw materials for lab analysis conducting visual and measurement tests Inspecting packaging components by AQL charts conducting visual and measurement tests Verify compliance with production records and SOP requirements prior to initiation of manufacturing processes. Ensuring completeness of manufacturing processes prior to initiation of the next process step. Approving in-process production by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement tests communicating required adjustments to production supervisor Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures complying with legal regulations Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing on the Batch Production Record (BPR) Review completed BPR for completeness and correct entries Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner Participate in the construction and or revision of SOPs for the inspection function Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures and protocols All other duties as assigned by the QC Supervisor Manager Willing to work overtime other shifts holidays and weekends as requested by supervisor. Job Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience Minimum 3 years experience in cGMP environment Drugs Cosmetics Dietary Supplements and Medical Device. Knowledge Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of measurement devices balances micrometers and others as trained Understanding of Metric System Functional math skills (calculations rounding numbers weights and percentages) Documentation Skills Ability to operate basic computer software e.g. Word Excel Outlook. Work independently as well as in team environments. Must have a good interpersonal and communication skill in English understand both oral and written instructions and be detail oriented. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand for at least eight hours. Ability to maneuver and keep up in a fast paced environment.
