Assembly Technician

As a high-tech manufacturer specialized primarily in plastic injection molding we are searching for basic and experienced technician for our assembly production line. Candidate will perform machine setup machine part installation (Belts wheels motors gears bearings shafts etc.) Minimum electrical work knowledge (wiring troubleshooting and installations) product change setup Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production issues accurately perform quick equipment repairs and machine maintenance (greasing oil corrective and preventive maintenance). The candidate will also be required to manage spare part inventory have a working knowledge of hand and power tools Maintain clean and organized production area Comply with good manufacturing practices Comply with all safety policies and procedures and demonstrate good attendance. Applicants must be mechanically inclined self-motivated fast learner and willing to work in fast pace manufacturing environment. Required experience Experience as a technician for set up maintenance electrical plumbing robotics etc. 1 year
