Customer Service Supervisor

Will supervise the work of administrative customer service employees and health care provider to ensure adherence to quality standards deadlines and proper procedures correcting errors or problems. Resolve patient or family complaints or answer patients s questions regarding policies and procedures of hospice care. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Review records or reports pertaining to activities such as health care services provided to patients by monitoring work activities or evaluate performance of health care providers. Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Will assign patients to health care providers as instructed by administrator or director of nursing. Will handle patients and families complaints or concerns and refer it to management as may be necessary. Will prepare reports for submission to management.
