A RF Reverberation chamber sometimes referred to as a mode tune mode stirring chamber is a shielded enclosure or resonance cavity for RF testing. This cell is a statistically isotropic random polarity with RF uniformity within specified limits. Typically a RF Reverberation chamber consists of a paddle (or tuner) that stabilizes the field randomizing the boundary conditions. There are two types of Reverberation test methods. Mode tuned refers to when the paddle is moved to a position and then the RF is applied for a sufficient period of time for the equipment to exercise.
