Civil Engineer - Land Development AutoCAD Civil 3D Site Design Site Permitting - Cincinnati OH - JOB 21-00382 Salary Range 60K - 80K Salary is Negotiable - Permanent Position with Benefits. A full service architectural & engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a Civil Engineer that has experience in Land Development or Municipal Engineering. This position will support various project managers in completing a variety of projects for both public and private clients. Responsibilities include the complete civil design for municipal and land development including roadways sewers water mains storm water management systems hydrologic and hydraulic calculations grading cost estimating and permitting.REQUIREMENTSBachelors of Science in Civil Engineering Ohio Professional Engineer License is required or very close to obtaining it. Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Land Development or Municipal Engineering. MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency is a must. Revit experience is a plus. Candidates should know all aspects of planning design and plan preparation for a variety of residential commercial and mixed-use development projects. Other responsibilities include the complete civil design for land development projects including roadways sewers water mains stormwater management systems hydrologic and hydraulic calculations grading cost estimating and permitting.
