Administrative assistant provides support to the office staff. Responsibilities include organizing office materials and office front area maintaining appropriate filing system and ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 16.00 Hour Responsibilities Include The administrative assistant reports directly to the office manager who is responsible for his her performance. Greet and provide general support to visitors Answer and direct phone calls Tidy the front office and kitchen area Maintain the office filing system File paperwork into the corresponding file Making copies of files when needed Locating files when needed Perform other related duties as required Generate memos emails and reports when appropriate Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items Assisting other projects when needed Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills
