The height of the machine is adjustable as well according to the length required. Also the equipment has a variable speed conveyor. it is fully adjustable as well. The nitrogen section can also be connected to the durability of the product. Vertical Band Sealer can seal the large packets of tea coffee powder chemical pharmaceuticals spices seed snacks and many more. There s no requirement of handy operation. One just needs to put the filled pouches beneath the conveyor i.e. on the roller bands. With due heat and applied pressure by the sealing machine the product is sealed. Thus through the band the product moves forward and then it is released on the other end. It is a very simple and fast process with no need for technical skills. Vertical Band Sealer also comes with the PID controller. Vertical Band Sealer with PID controller seals all types of pouches include HDPE LDPE PP. While Vertical Band Sealer without PID controller seals only laminated pouches.
