POSITION OVERVIEWJOB TITLE Local Truck DriverJOB LOCATION Morrisville PAPAY .37 cpm (avg 1100 miles wk) Increase .025 cpm yearly to .57 cpm. Pay based on Hub miles. 30 per stop 9.5 d& h loads per week average this year 47 live unload load 4.6 live loads per week average this year Customer and Rail delay is paid at 17 per hour after the first hour. (avg 10 hrs per week) 1170 weekly avg. 61 000 yearly avg. Top 10% make 81 000 Ramp Specific Training After Orientation Drivers will train for a minimum of 5 days (more if the trainer and or trainee feel more is necessary). We pay 17 per hour. TIME OFF SHIFTS Local home daily. Thursday - Monday or Friday - Tuesday Start times 2000 - 0100 Expect to be on this shift for around 12 months. POSITION DETAILS MUST have reliable transportation No NYC Driver will take rail containers to various customers or make pickups to bring back to the rail for other locations across the U.S. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS HAZMAT REQUIRED within 60 days after orientation. ADDITIONAL DETAILS Truck must remain at the ramp during time off. Drivers WILL slipseat. Riders are not permitted PTO & HOLIDAY PAY Drivers get 18 paid days off (12 PTO days and 6 holidays at a rate of 15 per hr for 8 hrs 120) After 1st year - 5 years drivers get 22 paid days off (16 PTO days 6 holidays at a rate of their 52 week hour work average) 6 - 13 years drivers get 27 paid days off (21 PTO days 6 holidays) 14 - 18 years drivers get 30 days (24 PTO days 6 holidays) 19 years drivers get 32 days (26 PTO days 6 holidays)
