Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 13.50 Hour Major Function To fabricate quality wood trusses in a timely and efficient manner. Specific Function Fabricate trusses based on design drawings. Quality is a priority. Assemble trusses with joints fitting tightly and plates located as specified. Notify supervisor of any inconsistencies in truss designs lumber measurements plates etc. Adjust place sizing as necessary for wan knots or other lumber defects. Always maintain a system of quality control with high regard to safety. Use all staged lumber before re-cutting from new inventory to minimize waste. Always wear safety equipment as required by company safety guidelines. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor. Physical Requirements 100% of the day Heavy lifting (20 lbs 80lbs) working outside in the elements. Qualifications No Experience Required
