An Akron area manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are to develop and maintain pro-active business relationships with customers outside sales representatives and operations. Effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required. Receive and process customer orders assists customers and outside sales personnel with pricing quotes product availability and ship dates. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED required Bachelor s Degree Preferred) 2 years minimum experience (manufacturing environment preferred) Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required. Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) experienced Experience with CRM Software Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must be detailed oriented Occasion travel to client sites Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
