Here s the lettering on the lantern Adams & Westlake Adlake Reliable Chicago New York Phila Cm & St PRY Pat 1909 1911 1912 1913 The glass has Pennsylvania Lines on it. Armspear wire bottom lantern lid latch bent wire spring This lantern came from my Grandfather who worked for the R.R. in Chicago from the 1930 s to the 1950 s. My father cut a hole in the bottom and where the wick would be so it could be run from electric with a small light bulb. (see photos). Because of this I haved priced this lantern way below what others are selling for. If you just want to display the lantern the holes do not show.
