The PeopleReady located at Cannon Falls Minnesota 55009 is currently hiring a Production Worker Job Description We are looking for individuals that are good with project diversity. This position will be cross trained in all areas on the production floor including cleaning outside and inside of large pallet sized containers assisting with moving pallets and containers to different areas of warehouse and loading and unloading trucks of products. The work is extremely physical and could be dirty or wet depending on area you are working in but a great start for anyone new in the workforce. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 14 Hour Shift Timing -1st Shift (Day) Responsibilites Loading and unloading items from machines conveyors and conveyances. Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators. Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing inspecting or wrapping. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. Start machines or equipment to begin production processes. Count finished products or workpieces. Sort materials or products for processing storing shipping or grading. Handling and Moving Objects Using hands and arms in handling installing positioning and moving materials and manipulating things. Performing General Physical Activities Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing lifting balancing walking stooping and handling of materials. Identifying Objects Actions and Events Identifying information by categorizing estimating recognizing differences or similarities and detecting changes in circumstances or events. Qualification Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
