The DML agreement includes both the tower site and access road (approx. 210 meters). The property is being offered for sale conditional to the approval by the Landowner of the assignment of the DML to the prospective property owner. To place a bid Bidders will be required to make 5 000.00 refundable bid deposit (see Bid Deposit Instructions.pdf attached for deposit details). The 5 000.00 will kept as a down payment refundable if the assignment of the DML is not approved by AEP. The remainder of the auction price will be payable upon completion of the DML assignment with the signature of the new lease under the prospective owner s name and completion of the sale process through GovDeals.
