This is a great opportunity with a growing company A Relocation Coordinator will assist clients plan their relocation activities from the initiation of the relocation to post delivery of their household goods and or commercial relocation. Note- Pay Rate for this job is 13 hr Shift Timings - 1st Shift Responsibilities Include Communicate scope of services to both residential and commercial clients Create estimates for cost of services Schedule surveys and provide sales support Registering all shipments in the van lines systems Scheduling and coordinating any special requests of the shipper such as other vendor services (appliance servicing special crating auto shipping etc.) Direct phone calls Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Possess excellent customer service skills and able to communicate with corporate level employees as well as de-escalated irate customers if needed Self-starter and able to work independently Good organizational skills - follow processes and procedures in place Be computer literate Ability to schedule plan and multi-task Overtime available Be a team player and work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude Candidates It s always a great time to join the PeopleReady team but right now it s the best time During the month of July any associate who works with us will be entered into a drawing to win up to 1 000 for every day worked with the chance to win a new Honda Civic at the end of the month.
