The PeopleReady located at Lakeland Florida 33801 is currently hiring a Fence Helper Job Description Assist the Fence Foreman and ensure that each fence installation or other service is performed to meet the customer expectations. Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 12 Hour Shift Timing 1shift (Day) Responsibilities Inspect and test the vehicle and equipment daily to ensure it operates safely and correctly. Ensure truck is loaded with all necessary equipment and materials to complete all work assigned for the day and the load is correctly secured. Report to assigned job with Foreman and meet with the customer to review job. Set fence poles install fence and pull fence to NCR specifications. Ensure job site is free of debris and all equipment is on the truck upon job completion. Clean the truck and restock needed materials for future fence installations. Perform duties safely at all times maintain safe and clean and safe work area and attend all tailgate and trimester quarterly safety meetings. Perform other duties and or tasks as instructed and assigned. Qualifications Must have a valid driver license transportation pass a drugscreen and background screen. ZIPX
