Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities The clerical job builds business relationships. Make calls to customers to generate repeat sales and or set sales appointments. Assist new applicants with the employment process. Selects associates for job assignments. Follows up with customers about job assignments outstanding invoices or anything they need assistance with Qualifications Must be a problem solver have self discipline and be a self starter for this fast paced high-demand position. Must have multi-tasking skills for the many unexpected challenges and changes. Must be able to take a few deep breaths and shake it off when emotions get high. If you re more reactive or tend to take things personally you re not going to find happiness in this job. 3 years customer service experience and or recent education or military experience. 1 years of appointment setting retail sales B2B sales telemarketing payroll operational process experience also works.
