Sales Manager Develop Sales Team Hire Train Lead - Canton OH - JOB 21-00533 Salary Range Commensurate - Permanent Position with Benefits A specialty home products manufacturer and consultant are seeking to hire an Office Sales Manager to develop a dynamic sales team and drive the team to success. REQUIREMENTSBachelors or Associates degree is desired Must have strong leadership skills highly organized self-starter Candidates must have prior sales & management experience as well as managing a team of 15 20 direct reports. Lead sales skills development & product training. Assist with the recruitment hiring training and development of new customer service sales associates. Guides and support s direct reports on the sales process oversees activity quotations & sales presentations. Timely follow-up time management and prioritization. Setting team and individuals sales goals. Work with sales team to better develop sales strategies and tactics. Must have a proven track record of successful management goals met and team success. Will be expected to develop a dynamic sales team and drive the team to success. Sales experience for a manufacturer is desired. Any previous experience in home construction materials custom woodwork or other is a plus. Will be responsible for managing and disciplining direct reports. Must be a people person and energetic.
