I m looking to rent a one bedroom long-term of a year or more for no more than 1 814. I m 36 female and I would be the only occupant along with my 3 cats All spayed and up to date on shots. I have the following -810 credit score -Letter of recommendation from previous landlord that I rented under for 10 years -PERFECT rental history of NO missed or late payments -No debt -Bank statements and NO overdraft fees -Consistent fixed income -Cats vet documentationI m quiet clean and straightedge (no alcohol or drug use). I m on a NYCHA Section 8 Voucher and I m seeking a landlord willing to accept that and be ready to fill out the paperwork NYCHA requires. I m also on SSI Disability for income but I can use stairs fine and DON T need any special modifications. I can pay a fee and deposit. My father is also willing to co-sign if desired and he brings in 138k year. I have his tax return ready to show. However I MUST use the voucher too. I have no criminal history or evictions. I m choosing to move in order to have better public transportation options as I can t drive. I have no children but I do have an aide driver that is with me a lot for appointments and meetings.I m looking to rent in west Brooklyn or west south Brooklyn such as Sunset Park Bay Ridge Bensonhurst Kensington Midwood Gravesend Sheepshead Bay etc. Please feel free to ask me any further questions.
