The PeopleReady located at Clearwater Florida 33760 is currently hiring a Receiving Clerk Job Description Looking for a motivated team player to process returns and perform clerical duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities The receiving clerk must manually enter shipping information from sales orders and or shipping documents into the FedEx automated parcel processing system Light Packing and Shipping via FedEx automated system - The receiving clerk will be responsible for processing outbound small package orders shipment via FedEx Express and Ground delivery. Receiving Matching up product and paperwork Processing returns Data Entry Working directly with Drivers and other warehouse personnel Qualifications Data Entry Accuracy - Must be able to manually enter quantity PO information part numbers and other similar data from Receiving documents into Employer s MS Dynamics GP ERP system quickly and accurately. This is absolutely critical to maintain the accuracy of the company s inventory and parts receipt status. Able to comprehend the routing of receipt parts - Received items include direct and indirect materials which must be routed to the appropriate department(s) promptly. This can include QA for receipt inspection direct-to-stock inventory or support department for use. Must be able to lift parcels of less than 30 lbs. Should have basic computer skills Must be able to speak read and write in English ZIPX
