In line with this philosophy we only use LED lighting throughout our property. We provide pure mountain water for consumption in glass bottles from our 300 foot deep bore well. We recycle 80% of all greywater and use it to water plants on the property. We organically grow many of the flowers that we use daily on our property. To reduce dependency on fossil fuels we use parabolic solar cookers to cook a portion of our meals and all our energy is generated off-grid from renewable resources.The Forest Machan is a structure that floats over a dense forest offering spectacular views of the Western Ghats. The adventure begins even before you set foot in the Forest Machan. An Indiana Jones-esque wooden bridge effortlessly guides you to your floating abode.
