As such all of our production is made at our vertically integrated manufacturing center complete with our own lumber yard rough mill state of the art flooring mill and pre-finish line.REQUIREMENTSEntrepreneurial resilient and adaptable to change A problem solver role model and encourager of others Courageous competitive assertive and driven to help others succeed Direct and efficient self-starter who can operate without a clear roadmap Organized thorough and able to forecast and prioritize Knowledge of flooring and design is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIESThe job responsibilities of this Sales Manager include but are not limited to Motivate communicate and collaborate with the Sales team. Oversee the sales activities and performance of the Sales team. Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective action as needed. Achieve personal production goals generating new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships. Achieve yearly and monthly profit goals. Provide monthly sales report. Ownership of the management and sales production of all offices in region Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
