The PeopleReady located at Allentown Pennsylvania 18104 is currently hiring a Tray Line Server Job Description We are looking for aTray Line Server who will be responsible for taking orders from and serving food to customers. Duties will mostly include taking food and drink orders and writing them down on order slips and ensuring that tables are served properly and that all payments are collected. To succeed in this role you will need to have a positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers cooks and other staff. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 17.73 Hour. Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) Weekends. Responsibilities Performs prep work such as washing peeling cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures designated ingredients. Carries pans kettles and trays of food to and from work stations stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Stores food in designated areas following wrapping dating food safety and rotation procedures.Cleans work areas equipment and utensils. Distributes supplies utensils and portable equipment. Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality serving temperatures and standard portion control. Serves customers in a friendly efficient manner following outlined steps of service. Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor. Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures. Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
