Responsibilities Include Our Aquaculture Processing Associates work as part of a small team dedicated to ensuring the delivery of quality salmon at the harvesting and processing stage. The role includes Transferring harvesting and handling salmon using specialized equipment Care of live salmon in temporary holding tanks Primary processing of the fish Sorting grading and product quality-control. Packing and shipping Sanitation and cleanliness Maintain accurate data records and complete standard work checklists. Qualifications Food production experience Fast paced factory production experience Ability to bend and lift throughout the shift 35 lbs. Will be working in a wet environment.
