3 acres and tiny off grid cabin

Land is 3 1 3 acresHas two small buildings off grid cabins..one is about a 10x12 the other has solar hooked up and is about a 12x24...Main Building is a 2 room Cabin type build about 12x24Somewhat hidden nested in the tree line at the edge of the clearing where we plan to build a house .It has power from 2 solar panels that feed two 12 volt batteries it has two 12 volt ceiling fans led lights installed two in main room one in side room side room was being used as a storage room and being converted to a bathroom has a camper toilet shower stall (started a gravity feed water system did not finish)I planted pecan trees apple trees pear trees and had about 40 blueberry bush s planted on one side of land. I also have different mints and herbs growing around the property along with a plant called Fever Few a all natural medical plant..Cabin was built from wood that came from a warehouse that was built back in 1899 to 1920..Has a small shallow well about 100 feet from cabin downhill.. The well is about 30 feet deep.No septic tank.. One can be installed it was priced at 2600 to 3200.. Not perk tested yet covid hit and health went down when we began to have tank installed..Has a gas mounted wall heater needs 100 gallon tank in place to finish install.A fresh water creek on property at the back side.Very private.. Large hard wood trees on land.. Trees surround the open area we planed to build a house. Cant really see any neighbors.The land slopes down at the creek.It has about 250 feet of road frontage.. Paid to have a second driveway entrance put in that goes back to the creek..Land was surveyed a few years ago and had them resurvey it for a home build. I have copies of the most recent survey. Had to pay for both surveys...Buyer pays closing cost.. (i did this when I bought the land)Boards used for walls and floor are 4 inches thick and almost 8 inches wide..It also has 2 pop up campers at the back of land near the creek. They go with the land..Property has wild turkeys deer and hogs that pass through..In front of cabin thats fenced in has raised beds for growing veggies..
