We build install and service high quality indoor & outdoor LED signs for a variety of clients. If you ve been to Hard Rock Casino you ve seen our work We built and installed all of the LED signs inside. Most of our clients have roadside LED signs by their business so folks can see them from the road. We are looking for a self-starter Bucket Boom Truck Operator to deliver an optimal customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. No experience with LED signs is required but a plus if so. Our process is easy to learn. Prefer Bucket Boom Truck Operator experience Responsibilities Handle installation repair and maintenance of LED sign LED sign controller and related wireless access points (used as a bridge) Troubleshoot the LED sign as well as the connectivity between the LED sign controller and the client s Internet Operate vehicle in a safely manner Cooperate with team and share information across the company Assist in sign production process Document technical information about the sign in the CRM Train client on how to change their LED sign (it is simple to learn and is web-based) Requirements English literacy (bilingual is a plus) Driver s license Self-starter At least 4 years experience in IT and or networking Experience installing and troubleshooting network equipment Ability to terminate Cat5 6 cables Understanding of IP addresses subnets and troubleshooting tools such as ping and trace route Understanding of how devices connect to the Internet Understanding of the OSI model preferred but not required No clock watchers....we are here to get the job done If you have these qualities we would love to hear from you.
