The PeopleReady located at Omaha Nebraska 68138 is currently hiring a Rack Assembler Job Description PeopleReady ofOmaha has an immediate opening for Rack Assemblers in Omaha NE.Are you someone who would like to learn a trade and grow with a company The primary responsibility of a rack assembler is to carefully assemble racking (PODs) inside a warehouse under the direction of the lead builder. Ideal candidates should display a positive and proactive attitude strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Qualified applicants will have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues and to both work independently and as a team member. Along with the ability to read tape measurements good at problem solving have attention to details hardworking reliable and good with hand tools Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 20 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends Responsibilities Work with partner to assemble Pods to meet required production goals Assemble components accurately thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications Double-check connections to ensure they match and report issues to the Supervisor Inform supervisors of any defects in equipment or individual parts Qualifications Physically able to lift push pull up to 45 lbs. consistently through a 10-hour shift Maintain and assume responsibility for equipment (hand tools etc.) that are issued Mechanical aptitude and good dexterity Ability to pick up repetitive task quickly Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts Knowledge and ability to operate hand tools and small power tools such as drills torque wrenches socket tools rubber mallet levels and allen wrenches Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed Must be comfortable working in a loud noisy environment that may or may not have climate control Background check required For More information please contact the Branch at - 1- Call -4023451212 2- Email -1610-br(at)peopleready.com
