Operators will make sure that the machines are working safely. Does this position sound like something you are passionate about Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 14.50 Hour - 16 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) 3rd Shift (Night) Responsibilities Include Read and follow instructions describing necessary operations which may include proper operation of the molding machine door Loading inserts into the mold Removing parts form the mold Trimming parts Visual inspection of parts according to quality criteria Proper packaging methods Grinding of sprues and secondary operations if required Qualifications Able to be punctual and have perfect attendance Ability to learn quickly Ability to work on a team Ability to receive coaching and feedback in a positive manner Ability to maintain a positive attitude
