Architectural Project Manager - Affordable Housing Projects Revit AutoCAD - Cleveland Ohio - JOB 21-00715Salary Range 60K - 80K Permanent Position with Benefits. A growing architectural firm specializing in Commercial Retail Sr. Living Multi-Family Residential facilities is seeking to hire an Architectural Project Manager to oversee the design process for projects organization and starting the design. Must have experience working on affordable housing projects with tax credit financing. The Project Manager will be primarily responsible for the communication with the project team consultants and clients.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited college. Registered architectural license is required. 5 to 7 years of experience working on affordable housing projects with tax credit financing. Must have excellent time management skills. Must have excellent communication problem solving leadership skills and strong technical skills. Must have a strong knowledge base of the construction industry and have previously managed projects through construction administration. Strong understanding of accessibility standards building code requirements green criteria and construction standards. Be able to perform a thorough code review at the beginning of each project. MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) Photoshop experienced Revit & AutoCAD proficient. DUTIES Oversee the design process for the project organize and start the drawing set. The Project Manager will be responsible for drawing the project in its entirety. A Project Designer and or Intern may be assigned to work with the Project Manager. Attend project meetings and run the construction administration for projects. Be the primary contact for clients. Present projects to design review planning commission community groups etc. Work with the Studio Director to establish hours and staffing for projects during the proposal phase. Additionally the Project Manager will create and update project schedules and project progress spreadsheets throughout the life of the project. Makes sure the project meets applicable codes and reviews and fills out the code review spreadsheet. The Project Manager is responsible for the following punch lists substantial completion letters change order forms maintaining RFI logs reviewing submittals and completing field reports.
