Operates Variety Saw to rip score or notch various wooden parts to match pattern. Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Include Remove throat plate and loosens lock nut to replace dull or defective blade. May reinstall single or Dado blade pack to achieve needed cut. Turn hand wheels to adjust saw blade to proper height and angle to perform needed cut Turn knobs to adjust guide and fence to proper angles and distances to pattern or form Set up and operate easy-feed roller when applicable Position stock on form jig or against saw fence or table top Starts machine and pushes stock form thru circular saw blade along guided path Removes stock from form or guide and verifies accuracy of notch score line width or angle Qualifications Drug screen required To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
