Modular homes are manufactured in a factory setting. These positions are full-time temporary with the possibility of turning into a permanent position. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15.35 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Include Frequent bending stooping reaching Minimum of 50lb lifting requirement Frequent use of pneumatic tools -- air nailers staplers etc Must provide own 16oz hammer 25-30 tape measure and tool belt Qualifications Previous construction carpentry or plumbing experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and schematics Must be able to take accurate measurements Able to work as part of a team or independently. Strong attention to detail. Drug test required
