The PeopleReady located at Detroit Lakes Minnesota 56501 is currently hiring a Order Picker Job Description We are currently hiring for a part-time Order Picker to work for a cold storage company in Detroit Lakes MN. This position is temp-to-hire. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 17.5 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Job Responsibilities Pick and build pallets per customers order. Verify accuracy of all loads shipped and or received into warehouse. Operate pallet jack hand truck and forklift to move loads throughout facility. Quality control - inspect product packaging and ensure all Allergens are properly labeled. Use RF scanning equipment as well as computer-based Warehouse Management System. Shrink wrapping pallets sweeping cleaning removal of trash other duties as assigned. Qualifications Great attention to detail Previous experience with forklift pallet jacks preferred Ability to lift up to 80 pounds frequently Ability to twist bend climb regularly Must be comfortable working in cold temperatures down to -30F (utilizing appropriate winter clothing).
