DetailsThis brand new 2nd story architectural masterpiece apartment sits high above garages and has no adjoining walls connected to other living spaces hence making for total privacy. The large open space design has high ceilings throughout and comprises of a king size bed a queen sofa sleeper which can sleep up to 4 people a loft area which can sleep 2 people The loft has a queen size air mattress which sleeps 2 people (there is a drop down ladder to access the loft which is not recommended for children and elderly people). The stair house area has a fold out mat which sleeps 1 person. There is a full size kitchen and a peninsula which can sit up to 4 people for dining pleasure. The bathroom has a beautiful shower along with a Jacuzzi tub. The living space is approximately 750 sq. ft. with an additional 450 sq. ft. private roof deck. There are two private decks. One of the decks is outside the main space with barbecue and dining table for your outdoor dining pleasure. The other deck is a large private rooftop deck with endless views comfortable outdoor furnishings as well as a fire pit and (optional) a hot tub. . There are multiple windows a large sliding door and skylights making for and incredible airy feeling. 6 Person Bubble Spa can be set up(based on availability) or at a rate of 30.00 per day with a 3 day minimum. 48 hour Notice is required. Rates can t be prorated for less days than one s full duration of their stay. Parking This home is located on a dead end street with free street parking up and down the street. However in the event parking in a secure private parking space is important to you a garaged parking space located on the premises could be provided for 20 a day and a 50 security remote fee. Based on availability free with reservations of 3 days or more. The property perimeter is completely fenced and gated with access to the house through locked front gate. Any guest that is over the 2 maximum guest will be charged 30 per person per night. This includes people who visit the property regardless of them staying overnight. The home is set up equivalent to a four star hotel meaning just bring your tooth paste and tooth brush however supplies are limited. Check-in time is at 4 00 p.m. and no later than 9 00 p.m. on that check-in date. Pets are only allowed in or about said premises with owner s written permission and there will be an additional 250 security deposit (per pet) and a daily pet surcharge of 30.00 (per pet per night). The number of days that will be charged for each pet will be for the number of days that house is reserved for. If pets are staying for less days than the number of days the house is reserved for the charge will be for the full duration of the reservation. Pets are welcome with an additional security deposit. Please note that rates are subject to change until a security deposit has been received. This property is perfect for professionals entertaining and for couples with pets.
