The PeopleReady located at Lebanon Indiana 46052 is currently hiring a Production Associate Job Description PeopleReady of Lebanon is hiring a Production Associate for a temporary-to-permanent position. This position will be preparing parts to be re-surfaced coated using a variety of methods. This is a great career opportunity Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 19 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift ((9 am - 5 pm) 2nd Shift (2 pm - 10 pm) Responsibilities Prepares surface of components and large weldments by removing burrs slag rust and scale Use sandblast cabinets walk-in blast room ultrasonic cleaners and other machines to clean and prepare parts for processing Hang parts on rack and operator forklift and overhead cranes Apply powder coating other coatings Inspect part for defects Complete production work orders Preparing product for shipping Follow all safety quality and production requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Previous experience with forklifts and overhead cranes preferred but not required Excellent attendance record Positive can-do attitude Great communication skills and attention to detail Must be able to walk and stand up to 75% of the workday Drug screening and background check required Proof of Covid vaccination and immunizations
