Remote Project Coordinator duties Support operations on a global program Consult with project managers and technical experts to set up project schedules Monitor project timelines and deadlines. Identify critical path and facilitating meetings to resolve schedule conflicts Schedule and facilitate project planning meetings Develop and manage skills matrices for design teams Leverage schedule compression techniques to meet aggressive deadlines Liaise and distribute project information with all levels of the project team and external parties Coordinate with program stakeholders to set-up projects and key artifacts prior to kick-off meetings Support with development of operational tooling and document management.
