HR Rep needs 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources HR Rep requires Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within an inbound call center 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or in a related area Ability to multi-task with attention to detail while utilizing verbal written communication skills and listening skills Relies on standard procedures experience and judgment as agreed by the supervisor to plan and accomplish goals ServiceNow experience preferred but not required Workday experience preferred but not required HR Rep duties Performs a variety of tasks Position reports to a supervisor Support our Human Resources Call Center. Responsible for delivering responsive accurate and courteous service. Answer information inquiries from customers through various delivery channels including but not limited to telephone email and service center portal. Promote the organization s HR products and services. Adhere to scripts knowledge base system research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
