This role must balance efficiency meeting world class benchmarks and creating a positive experience for customers.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Resolves complaints via phone (incoming and outgoing calls) email and text messages with consumers and dealers regarding warranty and non-warranty issues technical assistance and product recommendations for all customer s products Maintain accurate data in Customer Relation Manager (CRM) system Effective communication (written and verbal) skills Proven track record of superior customer service alongside excellent judgment and critical decision making Proven track record of ability to handle high call volume with excellent performance levels Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers Ability to interpret company warranties a must Ability to read write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job Minimum QualificationsAbility to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
