Remote Scrum Master needs 3 years minimum Agile Trainer experience and 2 year minimum Scrum Master experienceRemote Scrum Master requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification Devops principles knowledge exp is not required. 3 to 5 years of exp Lead the team (or) Train people strong in Agile strong in communication. Java Web based knowledge exp is not required. 3 years minimum Agile experience 2 year minimum Scrum Master experience Proficiency using Jira & Confluence Experience as a Scrum Master supporting two (maybe three smaller projects) concurrently Experience managing technical resources Experience managing 3rd party vendors Experience creating release plans Strong communication skills both verbal and written English Knowledge of various software development lifecycles (SDLC) Experience with the education industry and or consumer-focused software a plus. Bachelors Degree preference for degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field Remote Scrum Master duties Responsible for maturing the team in how Agile is practiced Collaborate with the Product Owner on daily scrum sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospective meetings Coordinate with the Product Owner for business stakeholder alignment and management Remove impediments and facilitating continuous improvement efforts Coordinate cross team dependencies with other Scrum Masters Track maintain and improve team metrics Protect the team from outside influences which could interfere with the team s focus Provide inputs and promote process changes as where needed
